At the opposite end of the spectrum, and mirroring this 'Happy' pattern of desirable functioning, Stress Disorder is a dysfunction involving inner freezing, dissociation of the 5 senses, cognitive bias of the 7 emotions, compulsion of the 3 stresses and mnemonic denial of life experiences ("Frozen people with dissociative disorder, false belief, compulsive behavior and childhood denial because of PTSD").

In addition to this "Happy" scheme, it should also be remembered that the proper functioning of the "Give and Take" in our social relationships fundamentally requires, on a moral level: "truth & honesty" as the Supreme Value, "reciprocity & fairness" as the Golden Rule and "commitment & loyalty" as the Responsible Principle.

By decoding the way our Universal Biological Structure (UBS) works, the Happy Power To You Matrix gives us the keys to understanding our 3 stresses so we can act more effectively, our 7 emotions so we can think more effectively and our 5 senses so we can feel more effectively.

A pattern can be a good habit or a toxic repetition scenario (a toxic pattern involving mental rumination, behavioural compulsion, emotional block, etc.). Thanks to new knowledge about the importance of stress and the emotional brain, we now know that our operating patterns are mnemonic-based, linked to our acquired knowledge, learned habits and lived experiences. The quality of our learning and life experiences is the basis of our operating patterns. Our toxic patterns are dysfunctions caused by environmental stress, repression of emotions and denial of the wounds in our life histories (impact of Stress Disorder with freezing of the tensions of absorbed stress, dissociation of the body, false beliefs of the mind, compulsive behaviour and denial of pain). By working on ourselves, we can both release this repressed emotional pain and positively change our patterns of functioning.

The Happiness Experience Matrix is based on fundamental research into how we use our sensory-motor energy and "recharge our batteries" and can be defined simply as our universal pattern of functioning to satisfy our personal needs. It can also be seen as a possible blueprint for learning to improve our decision making and management of our 5 universal senses, 7 normal emotions and 3 natural stresses.

More specifically, by enlightening us on our universal "Feeling Machine", the Happy Power To You Matrix corresponds to the universal structure of our personal organisation in the field of satisfying our needs, managing our emotions and managing our external resources. It allows us to grasp the levels of organisation and data processing by the brain to improve our experience of satisfaction in Time-Space (good sense of things in Time thanks to the good use of our 5 senses, 7 emotions and 3 stresses in our Life Spaces).

At the beginning, the Happiness Experience Matrix is simple, playful and educational. It is not really revolutionary in its functioning at first sight. In the right order of the colours of the "Happy Power To You" in its centre, it is first of all summarised, in the right sense, in the following 4-step movement in the natural satisfaction of our needs:

More structurally in time, the Happiness Experience Matrix corresponds both to our natural learning process, to our stages of personal development and to our normal cycle of growth at several levels of organisation in the same binary logic between connection and differentiation of things, fusion and individuation of people or connection and framework in our relationships.

Through its quantum dynamics at the origins of our sensorimotor energy (David Bohm, George Boole, Henri Laborit), it is in fact a powerful tool that is part of a long tradition of humanist research in the field of satisfying human needs, listening to the body and being aware of the environment at several levels of organisation.
