This website is only a general information site on managing needs, emotions, relationships and stress. It is only a training site in needs management and psychosocial risk prevention. It can therefore in no way replace the personalised services of a health professional (doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, etc.). It is not recommended for minors, sensitive people or people going through difficult times (depression, anxiety, addiction, burn-out, suicidal thoughts, divorce, unemployment, risk of violence...). Please read this entire warning page carefully.

International Satisfaction Association (ISA) is a limited liability company whose primary objective is to provide training in customer satisfaction, customer relations and customer needs at an international level, using new digital information and digital support technologies (webinars, e-learning, etc.). The International Satisfaction Association sites are general information sites on the satisfaction of human needs, on emotional intelligence and on the reactive importance of stress, in particular through its impact by sensory freezing of tensions (or sensorimotor inhibition of action scientifically discovered by Dr Henri LABORIT in 1979). To put it differently, this ISA website is only a general public information website to help learn in a general / not personalised way a better management of our stresses, our emotions and our needs within the framework of our individual, social or collective relations.

In the health or medical field, the ISA site can in no way replace the personalised services of a doctor or health professional. In the field of psychotherapeutic help, this general information site can in no way replace psychotherapy with personalised support for you. It can in no way replace a medical diagnosis for an illness (viral, bacterial, or other). In case of a difficult period or in case of emergency, contact a doctor or the medical emergency services.

As the International Satisfaction Association makes general information available on the Internet that may awaken memories of stress or emotional pain, this site is not recommended for minors, sensitive people, people in difficult times, in isolation or lacking resources. Your brain may be in overdrive ("burn-out", depression, insomnia...), it is important to put it at rest, and to treat it medically, when it is really too difficult or painful for you. If the social realities and psychosocial consequences mentioned on this site are too difficult for you morally or emotionally (information related to the management of stress and emotions in our tribes), it is of course preferable and advised not to use this site.

Our 7-Step Program is intended for people who are used to doing psychotherapy or personal development. It should be done with a professional psychotherapist (or counsellor/psychotherapeutic coach depending on your country's regulations for practitioners), not alone. Together with your psychotherapy practitioner, this programme can also be complementary to the 12 Step Programmes that you can follow in anonymous talk group associations (AA; SIA; DASA...). Beginners in psychotherapy can follow this programme with a professional practitioner (psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, ...) to start or advance their work on themselves.

The 7 Step Programme provides only general information on personal development (needs management, emotions and relationships). It cannot be held responsible for your health, for your decisions and for your personal behaviour. It cannot be held responsible for your choice of psychotherapy professional to accompany you on the 7 Step Program.

On the moral, political or opinion level, International Satisfaction Association is scientific, and our company has no political, religious, medical or other opinion. On the relational or managerial level, we will only give you some ethical rules of common sense, commitment, attachment and relational balance, to better learn to Receive and Give, in the management of your needs (equity, reciprocity,...).

International Satisfaction Association is a society open to scientific exchange and information sharing with international scientists. International Satisfaction Association has an integrative and interdisciplinary scientific approach, based on solid international references (Dr. Hans SELYE, Dr. Henri LABORIT, Dr. Antonio DAMASIO, Dr. Joseph LEDOUX...) and a recognised survey methodology (qualitative survey based on more than 300 clinical cases). His research in neuroscientific management and humanistic Empowerment is innovative at several levels of organisation: functioning patterns; management of needs and resources; data processing by the brain; prevention through emotional and social education (S.E.L).

ISA is committed to emotional and social education to help our families in a constructive, non-violent and responsible way. In the management of emotions and needs, as a reminder, healthy anger is not to be confused with destructive rage and violence, a sign of relational impotence and emotional illiteracy (passive-aggressive dynamics linked to the inhibition of action; Dr Henri Laborit, Dr Erich Fromm). Disproportionate or inappropriate anger is a parasitic bug, not to be confused with right self-assertion or normal moral indignation (L'Intelligence du Coeur; Isabelle Filliozat).
